WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
At Optimo, we want you to love your hat. We allow exchanges or store credit up to 15 calendar days after purchase, provided you call +1 (312) 922 - 2999 or email email@example.com for a return authorization number before shipping the hat back. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your hat and returning it in as-new, unworn condition.
Custom orders and hats that have been monogrammed or otherwise personalized are non-refundable. Pre-release insider orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Hats that are returned in less than the condition they left our factory are eligible for exchange or store credit only; however, a deduction may be made if the returned hat requires cleaning or repair.
Do you make custom or bespoke hats?
Yes, contact the store at +1 (312) 922 - 2999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss next steps. We can make just about any hat, in any color, you would like. Custom hats are priced the same as our regular collections, with the addition of a 10% custom charge, and typically take 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. Holiday orders should be placed as early as possible.
Have Optimo hats ever been featured in film or television?
Optimo hats have been involved in multiple television shows and films: Highwaymen, Public Enemy and Road to Perdition are some of the films that have featured our hats.
HOW LONG DOES A HAT USUALLY TAKE TO MAKE?
Production time typically runs from two and a half weeks to six weeks, however November and December often have slightely extended wait times. You can visit the order status page within your Account to see the latest status.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE HAT I WEAR?
Getting that perfect fit is both an art and a science. Finding that right size can sometimes prove quite difficult which is why we ensure all Optimo customers are properly fit before shipping your first order.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A HAT FITTING?
All Optimo customers must be fit before your first order is shipped. No appointment is necessary for in-store fittings during normal store hours, but you can book a confirmed appointment for a virtual or in-store fitting any time to ensure we have your time reserved.
HOW DO I KNOW WHERE TO START/WHAT HAT BEST FITS ME?
Finding your unique stylea is part of what makes each Optimo customer and each new purchase fun and exciting. We have clients of all backgrounds with unique shapes and sizes, each one of whom has their own unique style.
IS IT SAFE TO WEAR MY OPTIMO IN THE RAIN?
Yes, absolutely! Optimo hats are made of the higest quality materials and finished to perfection leaving them extremely durable to all types of weather.
DO YOU SERVICE NON-OPTIMO HATS?
Unfortunaly, we only service Optimo hats as each hat manufacturer has very specific techniques and equipment they use to bring each hat back to perfection. We recommend contacting the original manufacturer.
