Servicing Your Optimo:

Optimo specializes in cleaning and full-renovations of all Optimo styles.

This insures your hats will be reformed on the same molds, using the same tools and using genuine Optimo replacement components with which yours was made.

This process is also referred to as “factory method” service, which, decades ago, was offered by most manufacturers of fine hats.

The menu on the right serves as a general price guide. Once your hat is received by Optimo, you will be contacted within in a week with an estimate. The estimate will include our recommendations.

Cleaning and Blocking

Before any service work can be done to your Optimo Hat, a full cleaning must be performed. This ensures our workspace remains hygienic and our high standards of hat services are maintained. Generally, wait time for our hat services (renovation, clean and block, etc.) is 2-3 weeks. When sending your hat in, please do not send it in your Optimo Hat Box. We will return your hat in a sturdy service box. If you have questions about having your hat serviced - please contact: service@optimo.com
